Become a Vendor

All vendors must be approved by Island Roots management and meet Island Health requirements (where applicable) before they are able to attend the market.

Make it.

All vendors must be members of the Island Roots Market Co-op. This entails buying one share for $10. Vendors provide their own set up – tents, tables, etc. Summer dates are now available for application. Annual fees are only available in October each year.

SUMMER FEES 2026 (May 6 – Oct. 14)

Drop in $35 per market.
Full summer (23 markets) $690 + GST. 2, 3, and 4 instalment options (surcharge may apply)
Bi-weekly – $372 +GST
10 week block – $330 + GST
15 week block – $465 + GST

All vendors must be approved. Any vendor not selling a product must have board approval. Please complete an application to begin the process.
